The Process
At Tommaso Cardullo we are driven by a passion to create perfect tailoring for every individual client. Our admiration of iconic style, beautiful fabric, and perfectly tailored clothing personifies the process from start to finish. We are committed to ensuring you get exactly what you want – perfectly fitting, impeccably made clothing as unique as you are.
- A tailoring experiences at Tommaso Cardullo begin with a consultation with our skilled tailors; you may choose to come Tommaso’s studio or we can visit you in the comfort of your own home or office.
- At this consultation we will explain the available options for your garment and guide you through a refined selection of the finest fabrics, trims and styling. Your tailor will take dozens of meticulous body measurements and figuration observations. This first step will take up to 90 minutes at the end of which we will request a 50% deposit.
- Your selected style and measurements will be sent to the top manufacturers of Italian fashion in Umbria, Italy where skilled seamstresses and machinists will use the finest raw materials to sculpt your vision.
- Your finished order will then be sent to our studio in Provo where your tailor will carefully check the fit and silhouette to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Only then will we ask you to pay the outstanding balance.
- The entire process takes about 4-6 weeks.

Tommaso recalls a time in Italy, when he would wander the cobblestone streets of his native Sicily and routinely discover goods crafted with precise attention to detail, design, and quality. Each week new goods were displayed in windows of the shops he would pass on his walk to school, each item fresh, unique, and always reasonably priced. Maintaining his devotion to Italian craftsmanship and artistry, Tommaso has poured his boyhood passion for beauty, love, and life into his craft, working as a designer and specialist in the fashion industry over the past 40 years.
Tommaso began designing professionally in 1989, working with many top brands. However, as the fashion industry grew, accessible clothing not only dropped in quality, but it also lost that crucial uniqueness. As a creative, desiring to realize his own vision and help others find theirs, Tommaso developed the Tommaso Cardullo label in 2018. Partnering with top family-owned Italian manufacturers and international artisans (whose skills have been passed on generation after generation), the Tommaso Cardullo label produces timeless and fashion forward clothing unique to you and uncompromised in construction.
The Tommaso Cardullo brand is a celebration of creation and specialization, empowering others to share their gifts and expertise. A reality of life is that no one can be an expert of everything, but Tommaso thinks that makes life a little sweeter as we are compelled to share our skills with others. With over 34 years of luxury clothing design and retail business experience, Tommaso has become an expert in fashion, which he marries with his passion for people.
